Fagridalur Farm, east of Vík, is well known for its locally raised Arctic charr and fresh water trout. Established in 1991, the company has only two employees.
Artic charr is a fish similar to salmon in appearance and taste, that is served either fresh or cured. Fresh water trout is sold both fresh and smoked as well. Fagridalur farm caters to all restaurants in the area to allow you to enjoy the best of local food.
